32West is a rapidly growing PR and Digital Marketing agency based in the North West. We help businesses across the UK to build their brands and achieve their goals through PR, storytelling, media campaigns and social media services.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to aid our Social Media Manager by promoting clients from a variety of sectors through social media marketing.


  • Create innovative and original content ideas to use via all of our client’s social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest

  • Measure the success of any social media campaigns you undertake

  • Plan Social Media strategies and campaigns for a range of different clients

  • Participate in creative ideas meetings with the whole team

  • Promote clients through paid social media campaigns

  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and updates

  • Communicate frequently with clients via email, zoom and face-to-face meetings when it is safe to do so

  • Design engaging graphic and video content to be used across social media channels

Our Ideal Candidate needs to have;

  • A Positive and Professional Attitude

  • Creativity and idea generation

  • Strong communication skills

  • Skills in social media management

  • Prior knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Skills in strategising and setting KPIs for clients

  • Language skills - accuracy and ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences for different clients

  • People skills and confidence in presenting - when in front of clients

  • Ability to learn fast and develop further skills

  • Excellent punctuality and time management

  • A full driver’s licence

  • Analytical skills for reporting

Desired but not essential skills include;

  • Creative skills in graphic design

  • Photography skills
